Each shower head undergoes rigorous water testing to ensure its performance is flawless before leaving the factory. It is normal for some products to be shipped with residual moisture inside. If the packaging and exterior of the product are undamaged, it is not a used item.
Our showerhead does not come with a shower hose. This fixed filtered shower head is a bit heavy and is not recommended to be used with a shower hose, which is inconvenient in the shower.
