1. Check if the black screened washer is seated flat and straight;
2. Replace with new rubber washer. The leak may be caused by a worn-out rubber washer inside the shower head. Try replacing the washer with the extra washer provided in the packaging.
3. Do not over wrap. Wrapping too much Teflon tape may cause water leakage. 3–5 layers of Teflon tape are enough.
This product complies with California energy policy by incorporating a 1.8 GPM flow restrictor at the showerhead. Although this device reduces water pressure, it effectively helps conserve water.
Replace the filter every 90 days (or when water flow slows) to maintain optimal performance.
Kindly note the filter is not empty—this is a unique design. We have tested and found that too many white balls would decrease the water pressure. Importantly, the key filter media is the activated carbon around the filter, not the white balls inside.
